Penn Talent, LLC is seeking a top notch Talent Acquisition Sourcer for a virtual-based opportunity within our business. If you are an independent and highly self-motivated individual who enjoys the challenge of discovering hidden talent through unconventional means, then we want to talk with you. This is a commission-based independent contractor (1099) opportunity.
Who we are looking for:
You understand that the only way to stay competitive in recruiting is to constantly uncover new ways to source candidates. You stay ahead of the curve on the latest sourcing methodologies and are always thinking about new ways to be creative. You are an excellent communicator and able to submit pre-screened and qualified candidates to meet client requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 1 year of experience successfully sourcing for hard-to-find talent.
- Ability to source and find passive candidates.
- Demonstrated history of using creative sourcing approaches, including leveraging unique strategies and utilizing non-traditional channels.
- Demonstrated mastery of Boolean and open web sourcing techniques.
- Self-motivated and able to engage in frequent cold-calling/phone screening
- Self-starter with strong work ethic
